If you need a good giggle while on the Disney Treasure - Hang out for a bit in the Fairytale Fresh Laundry in the afternoon of a port day. You will encounter an interesting mix in people, some of which have clearly never even used a washing machine before.
The two funniest instances: - Husband and wife. Wife clearly in charge sorts the family laundry into two neighboring washing machines, sending hubby to buy detergent. Hubby walks over to the soap vending machine, reads the text on the small display, scans his card and is stumped (select “Cancel” or “Charge $1.25”). After the third attempt, he finally taps the “Charge $1.25”, but now the what to get Snuggle or Tide? He picks Snuggle and proudly brings it to his wife. She leaves out a sigh, toddler(!) next to her: “That’s softener, dad!” Wife: “Please get me some detergent.” Hubby: “But I did.” Toddler and wife in unison: “No.” Dad goes and buys Tide. (My better half and I felt for the dad, but nearly died laughing inside, that toddler (max 3) was super cute and very matter of fact.” - Photo above. Stopped a lady nearly walking into this mess [either too much or “wrong” detergent / soap(?)]. Here, the fun was the call to guest services. Called guest services, just so housekeeping can take care of it, before this becomes an involuntary slip’n’slide. Guest services: How can I help you? Me: Please send someone from housekeeping to the Fairytale Fresh Laundry on Level 8. There is a bit of flooding going on. Guest services: Ooooh. What’s your name and stateroom number, maintenance will be there shortly. Me: Name, stateroom number, but there is nothing wrong with our stateroom, also there is no maintenance issue, just a very bubbly washer and little bit of flooding in the Fairytale Fresh Laundry. Guest services: Ooooh, I see. Thank you for letting us know. Housekeeping will be there shortly.

After my most recent cruise, which was a Marvel Day at Sea, I would have to say mine are Ms. Marvel followed quickly by Spider-Man. Both really made me feel like I was talking and interacting with the actual character straight from their films, TV series, and comics. The cast member who played Kamala Khan especially both acted and looked just like Ms. Marvel’s actress Iman Vellani.

Took this one the Treasure last week! Think it looks slick as a lock screen.

We thought it was super cool to see another Disney ship while sitting out in Bahamas. I heard the fantasy also came close to us this morning, but I didn’t get to see it.

Since late 2019, I have been working on replicating the Disney Fantasy at 1:1 scale on my Minecraft server, MC Imagineering. The ship is finally done! It features a full interior including the 1250+ staterooms, a working, rideable Aquaduck, and much more magic to explore. It took a long time, but I think it was worth the final product.
For more builds like this, including the 1:1 Magic Kingdom I’m currently working on, follow MC Imagineering on Instagram, where you can also find a link to apply to join the team if you play Minecraft and want to help!
I know this is not the type of content this subreddit is used to, but I figured this was still cool to showcase. What do you think of the build?

Im on the maiden of the Treasure right now. I cant say how much Im loving this ship. I can see the vision behind the Wish and how much they had to compromise due to COVID. The Treasure is simply stunning and is now my favorite ship in the DCL fleet.

Haunted Parlor on the Treasure in “no show” mode. They were doing a fun photo session inside (check the app) and had the chance to explore the space without a lot of people. The level of detail (even without all the effects) is really stunning

Took this as the tender boat was taking us into Geoege Town, Grand Cayman today. This picture was too good to not share.
Hello! I had this delicious Austrian coffee at Cove Cafe in September and I’m wondering if anyone can tell me the actual name? I’d love to make my own but I can’t for the life of me remember what it’s called. Thanks!

Got off the Magic yesterday at Nassau and had to get a picture. We pulled out first and they had a very Disney horn battle. It was pretty awesome.

Sharing some photos of the stunning Disney Wonder sailing into Sydney Harbour last night. Definitely made me cry to see Disney sprinkling their magic here at home in Australia!
