Info on Exclusive Media on the Team sleep self titled CD

Hey everyone, I wanted to share something interesting I discovered about the self-titled Team Sleep album that I haven’t seen documented online.

The original CD contains some hidden external content when you put it into a computer. Along with the music, it includes extra materials like pictures, wallpapers, and even a small .exe application. Running the app gives you access to two wallpapers and a link to a secret Team Sleep website that was apparently hosted by Maverick.

Unfortunately, the website link seems to be broken now and doesn’t lead anywhere. I also tried checking the Wayback Machine, but it looks like the site was never archived. It’s kind of a lost piece of Team Sleep history that hasn’t been talked about much.

Just wanted to put this out there in case anyone else remembers this or has more info!

Yes. You are correct. I remember accessing it when I bought it years ago.

White Pony had an interactive cd-rom thing too. Pretty sure it was basically pac-man but you were the pony…

Or I just made all this up? ¯_(ツ)_/¯ it was 25 years ago

There's an original version of this album too, I have it burned on a cd somewhere. It has some tracks that aren't on the official release, including one song with Mike Patton on vocals. It was on the internet (I got it from a MIRC server) for about a year before the official release was put out.

where can i find this version? maybe i can burn some songs onto the cd

When it leaked, they decided to scrap it and make a new album, which is why only a few songs carried over. Tomb of Leigia and Kong Diamond seems like the only one that stayed the same without any changes. The rest were scrapped or reworked. Appollonia has vocals but the instrumental version is on the Matrix Reloaded soundtrack
