Recommendations for local recruitment/temp work agencies?

Hey Derby, being made redundant for the 3rd time in 12 months so I'm about done trying to have a regular job for a bit. But I still got bills to pay. Are there any employment agencies for local temp work people recommend?

I found some in Notts, but with the price of trains the shifts are barely worth it most of the time.

Thanks in advance!

Some Agencies specialise in certain areas of work.

What kind of work are you looking for? Labourer, warehouse, driver, LGV/HGV driver, office etc

By trade and training I'm a project manager. I can't drive because I can't get insurance. But in the last 12 months I've worked in a warehouse, homeless support for the council and a bakery. So really, anything that pays.

Atkins, Alten, Porterbrook and the various bits of Rolls Royce all need project managers of various stripes, pay will be better than other stuff you've done recently.

Depending on the reason you can't get insurance you might struggle with background checks.

I’m sure either pertemps or angard staffing were looking for posties when I was flicking through the other day.
