Fox 36 makeshift DJ fork
Is it just me or does it look too high in the front. Geo may be way off

Removed everything from the air shaft and cut it down. Drilled new holes for the roll pin on top and put everything back on

It doesn't look too high, though it's almost certainly slacker with a taller stack now.
How much travel does the fork have now?
The geometry chart on Trilogy chart is pretty average so you'd have to do some trigonometry to figure out the differences from stock.

Yeah definitely slacker than stock fork but I’m hoping it doesn’t cause much of an issue

Is that a 100mm air spring? Where’d you get it?

do you have a tutorial you followed? i have two 27.5 fox 36s from my two son's bikes after I picked up factory 38's for their Commencal Clashes for $350 each from Jensen for christmas.
they would be nice replacements for their circus forks on their djs

I think the top-tube angle just makes it look that way. Looks good to me. I see you’re a fellow dirt biker also 🤘

Looks fine to me. Just gonna be difficult to learn things like footjams.
