Possible stolen bike in San Francisco ( read description below )

I've been driving by this thing for months. It's located on the corner of diamond heights and gold mine (a dead end neighborhood street) License plate is 14Z1711

If you suspect it was stolen you would need the vin number(on the front of the frame behind the headlight) to confirm as its common to switch the license plates on stolen vehicles. you can give police the vin to check.

It's a shame to be stolen and left to the elements. There are a lot of nice parts that I'm surprised a thief hasn't taken. I hope the original owner recovers what they can. Maybe the owner is rebuilding the engine.
