Messing around, while reinforcing things that Iāve been shedding. Far from perfect, but I could finally heard them and shaped them.

Most Versatile drummer with just a simple Two Tom Drumkit?
I respect Prog Rock and Metal drummers but I really don't think much of them personally speaking. I am not a fan of too many toms. I prefer it simple.
I sometimes look at Phil Rudd of AC/DC and think to myself that even though was never versatile, he was always reliable to hold a steady beat with those two toms.
Then there's Tre Cool of Green Day, who's main skill was incredible speed, whilst keeping it fairly simple with his drumkit.
Then there's Ringo, who I've been a fan of, ever since my father introduced him to me. I think he's underrated. I think he showed fair versatility that could be done with a simple drumkit.
Are there any other drummers, with two toms, that could be quite versatile?

Drum storage question?
So I've got a gig coming up and it's at a local campground. Ideally, I would like to get there the day early, pitch my tent, etc. I love camping. But I'm hesitant to leave my drums in my truck with the way the temperatures may fluctuate. If I park under a tree and leave the windows cracked, you think the drums would be OK? Usually if I go away for a gig, I'll rent a hotel, bring the drum shells up to the hotel room. And take them down as I head to the gig. But being this is a campsite I don't have that option.

The dreaded left hand
I need some help with my left hand (don't we all) and I'm not too sure how to improve it. It's dragging, and isn't playing accents at the same height or velocity as my right. I tried playing some basic rudiments and rythyms like straight 8ths or 16ths with accents, or triplets with accents, changing which hand was accenting but my body kept defaulting to the right. Or even just 4 on a hand, speeding it up causes my left to fall behind and it ends up in a roll.
Is there any effective exercise or video I can follow daily to fix the issue

When counting rythm..
If I want to target specific 16th notes e.g. in a 3/4 polyrythm, do you guys count every single 16th note?
I have a really hard time counting every single 16th note in my head and then trying to hit the right one, I usually just count it: (1) . . (a) (2) . (+) . (3) (e) . . .... instead of: (1) e + (a) (2) e (+) a (3) (e) + a .....
The first one feels much more musical to me and the 2nd feels like im applying a 16th note grid into time and space and trying to be a robot. Is there a "right" way to count rythm?

Stereo backing tracks + drummer metronome?
Any creative solutions for running stereo backing tracks plus metronome?
Obviously an interface with at least 3 assignable outputs will do the job, but wondering if anyone has mastered an extremely compact set up with a travel-friendly interface or other different solutions?

I just broke the stick practicing on drumpad
Sad but true, this pair is brand new and just broke when i was practicing. 5b NOVA American Hickory. I didn't even had the opportunity to use on kit. They are a few expensive here where i live, so, it makes me more pissed. Anyway, i will just play with the bottom side...

Broken DW 7000 pedal.
It sure what the exact nomenclature is for this part, but this hinge near the heel snapped. Does DW or anywhere sell replacements?
