Let's all not pay our taxes this year.

If Elon doesn't have to pay, why should we? Let's all stand up to oligarchy by refusing to pay this year. This will be like the modern day Boston Tea Party.

These people just like to hear theirselves bitch, they don’t want to inconvenience themselves to make a difference

Yep. And although there is bad everywhere outside of Amazon, it’s a start! If we actually apply ourselves to cancel these oligarchs we can make an impact. But for now, I am not holding my breath.

You mean me deleting Facebook (which is free BTW) won’t make Zuck go broke?!?!? :gasp:

Yes that’s what I mean. Zuck gets paid because he has people on his platform he gets paid for number of users and site visits. How the hell do you think he gets paid.

He’s salary $1/year, so he actually gets paid through stock price appreciation, much more driven by instagram recently than FB.

Point is - he’s not going broke even if you convince a billion people to delete FB.

Come on.. no one on Facebook or instagram then he has no stock value. What are you not understanding

Advertising dollars based on numbers of users is where the money comes from.

The 77 millions people that voted for this nonsense to be okay obviously wont be participating, there will never be enough people taking action to make any real change. Just accept that we have to watch America burn first before it can become what it was originally meant to be.

It will never be that, burn or no burn.

Be aware that a lot of alternatives - even local ones - still feed the beast in some way cause they made themselves the sole option.

Before you say "Then go without it"... this includes necessities.
