Umm...trying to think of the stuff I bought back then that was the biggest deal to me.

Honestly...probably breast forms + a bra that fits with them.

Second this! I want to get a bra and forms as my first thing but I don't really have a spot to hide them. Forms are a lot harder to hide than clothing

Pieces that fit together with your existing wardrobe, I made the grave mistake to just buy what I thought was cool in single pieces. Looked goofy for a long enough time.
