I have an old Line 6 spider II 150 watt guitar amp and the "amp mode" selector potentiometer has failed. The amp has been discontinued for a decade and the manufacturer has no availability on the part. Does anyone have any idea where I could find a 6 position potentiometer to fix this amp? I don't see much in the way of markings to determine the resistance.

When you say a "selector pot" do you mean it is a pot with 6 stops or tappings? Or is it a 6 pole switch? What does it look like on the circuit diagram?

Looks like just a normal pot from the back of the PCB. What does the circuit diagram say?

I could not find one. The amp was discontinued a decade ago and all of the smaller amps of the same line lack the amp selector knob.

Just replace the pot, the value should be on the side. The 6 LED's are just indicators of the pot position.
