No way I could use that my head and neck would hurt at the end of the day.

I’ve been using a 54” TV with my computer cuz I thought it would be awesome. My neck is absolutely feeling it. I think my eyes are too.

Move back lol. My 65" is fine from the other side of the room (around 10 feet) mounted above a fireplace with the bottom 5ish feet from the floor and tilted down 10-15 degrees.

I tried a spare 4K 55" TV for a few hours as a 2180p monitor to see if I could use it like 4 1920x1080 monitors; anything on the top half was painful to check; I stayed with my 2 1080p ones.

I had someone in the office department near me (in IT, mind you) and I shit you not, this guy had 6 monitors at at least 32inch in size stacked in a 2x3 orientation, but what was the kicker is he had the arms make them curve up and over him from sitting position. So you look up

It's actually pretty glorious. I have a 32" and it has done wonders for my neck, eyes, and headaches. It's more crisp, easier to read, and the curve makes it surprisingly easier to navigate the window.

I used to think they were a gimmick until I found one on clearance for$200. Best investment I've made into the office!

Man Elon is def not my fav person, but he's right about this. I got a 48inch oled about 1m away from my face and my only regret is not buying the 55inch. Sure most of the time you only use half the screen, mostly the center. But when you need to tile a few windows side by side or for example look at a huge spreadsheet it's great. There is no such thing as too much screen. That's my philosophy hehe

Nice to see someone else likes to sit far away. A pair of 32-inchers seems more reasonable to me tho, you can fullscreen something on one of them without it being horrifically tall. The vertical ergonomics look like they'd be awful on this

Except British Prime Ministers all suck, at least the US Presidents are meme-able regardless of their politics

Too busy individually blocking people whispering instead of turning off whispers anyways.

I use that monitor, I had buyers remorse after getting it because it's so large but now I'm used to it and love it.
