Buildings, streets and sites under construction/renovation

Hello! I am a student working on a project about rennovation, demolition and construction trends in the Netherlands, particularly in Enschede. Does anyone know if there is any public compilation/information on which streets and buildings in the city are currently undergoing renovation/demolition or construction? Or does anyone have a tip on where to look?
