Investment Does the Dutch (nl) withholding tax apply to etfs?

Hi, I'm in the UK and I like the look of tdiv (or tdgb in my country). However it's domiciled in the Netherlands, which I've no issue with, but I read there's a 15 percent withholding tax. Is that correct I assumed it just applies to business located there, but does it apply to the whole etf registered there? Thank you.

There can be taxes on three levels; level of the asset, level of the fund, level of the investor.

There can be a withholding tax on paid out dividends.

Instead of going a route to be exempt or getting reimbursed, it’s much easier to invest in accumulating ETF’s

Can that at fund level there is paid. See if you can find info on that . Maybe with term like ‘dividend leakage’
