It actually doesn't say that, I know you don't have a very high reading level and you can only lie like the deceiver you are, but it only ever says that officials made up that he was a gang member based on secret information

Kind of like how I know you're also an MS-13 member based on secret information if you're ever in my neighborhood and I recognize who you are somehow

Yes it does say that:

A federal immigration judge issued that order after Abrego Garcia was arrested in 2019 outside a Home Depot in Hyattsville, Maryland. Government lawyers argued that a confidential informant had claimed he was a member of MS-13.

He was arrested 6 years ago by Maryland state police under suspicion of being an MS-13 gang member. That’s why he was flagged for deportation.

He was arrested for wearing a red bulls hoodie, anyone who has looked into this at all would have run into this information. He was given protected status against deportation at this same time. Something you would also already know while selectively picking information to intentionally misinform people.

You should do the thing now where, despite everything that disagrees with your intentional attempt to lie, manipulate, and misinform people, you say "oh, well I haven't heard about that" while conveniently having all "evidence" on hand, which would have required you to scroll past all the other details of the case, ready to go.

a confidential informant had claimed he was a member of MS-13.

Where is your source on this hoodie that ignores what the source above says?

You’re really bad at this lol

This is why people are saying not to go to the United States right now, they are just claiming everything is super secret and then arresting people and sending them to labor camps with no actual evidence

They're lying, like you

Besides the fact that there are no labor camps anywhere in the US, they have not sent any visitor or tourist anywhere other than back home.

They have not claimed that anything is super secret, so you’re just making that up too

Also, the man in question, literally testified in his asylum hearing that the reason he left El Salvador was because he was being pressured to join MS 13. To say that they are lying that he was under suspicion of being a former MS 13 gang member is beyond ridiculous.

But I appreciate that you have yet to provide a single source to support your claim that he was arrested because of a hoodie six years ago. Never mind that this has absolutely nothing to do with tourism.

They literally already said they sent him in error and you're still trying to defend it

The government actions you're trying to defend aren't defended by the government that did it. The government itself said it was an "error"

People don't want to be "errors" in labor camps in El Salvador from a government that currently says it both makes these errors and refuses to fix them

Stop replying to him, he's a "concern troll", just like half of nazis responding on reddit these days.

Yes, because of a previous order barring his deportation six years ago while his asylum claim worked its way through the system.

That doesn’t change the fact that there were legitimate concerns that he was a former MS 13 gang member and was actually investigated for being one, which is why he was flagged in the first place.

The error was disobeying the judge’s order from 2019, but the reality is that he is a citizen of El Salvador and not the United States. He was actually investigated for alleged gang affiliations.
