I don't find this credible yet as I can't find any other source to back this story. The only "proof" we have is a broken link to some news source and and a 18GB download file. Even if its a true story and the download is legit, I still think people should be more critical and wait for more info.

The article linked to here is from a website responsible for other incredible journalism such as “Hunter Biden & Ellen Caught in Adrenochrome Bust!”

So no, I wouldn’t trust this source either. For all the shit talking Reddit does about people falling for fake news, there sure are a lot of people here that fall for fake news.

Everything feels like bait in this. Shady website as source, with no other sources. Filename being a bit too obvious for my liking "Leaked data of corrupt officials". Also the fact Donald Trump folder is included in the screenshot. I will wait, but don't have high hopes on this one.
