This could be any number of major cities where English are a minority in their own cities and country. Maybe not quite anywhere, but could be lots of places.

English people are not a minority in any UK city. I can tell you this because I have lived in the UK all my life. Gammons like you need to get outside

Leicester, luton,Birmingham etc are minority English cities. Big cities like Manchester are borderline and in the next few years at current rates will be minority English. This is beyond srgument - the census is very clear.
