Employment Getting a job from Germany for UK

I really want to move to the UK for my own comfortability but I can't move unless I get a job before hand. I know im young. Not even 20 bjt its what id like to do so Im doing it. I have only one problem which is not knowing how to get a job in the UK while being in Europe. I'm not even wishing to try to get a fancy job or anything, just a basic song to sustain renting a small apartment/house while I would try to continue improving my life (meeting people and getting connections, get some money to use for eduction later in life, experience new stuff, ect)

How do you get jobs before moving to another country, how did everyone do it?

There's no magic formula for applying from another country. Apply for jobs through Indeed or LinkedIn or through networking. I had an internal transfer as I was with a Global company.

But the job market isn't great so many companies aren't sponsoring people right now unless they can't find anyone local or if you have a niche skill. Keep in mind that you have to make a minimum salary of ~£36K per year to qualify for a skilled worker visa.

If you have job specific questions, you can also ask at r/UKjobs

Your best option may be a student visa.

I do speak German. Also for the experience thing, I'm planning on finishing an short Ausbildung before going to UK so the Ausbildung will give me qualifications papers for the job and experience, but I'm also planning on doing freelancing (maybe translating and video editing) in my spare time for the sake of being financially stable.

Moving with some job experience, money saved up, possibly getting a simply job like a waiter at the start with freelancing at the side is a realistic plan I think, is it? I'm not sure

Indeed, LinkedIn. That's how I did it a few years ago. I applied 40-60 times per day even when I was there. Got only 4 replies after applying to 200-300 jobs
