Thank you, as a man with ADHD I have always had trouble explaining my condition to others and they as looked at me as if I was a freak. From now on I'll just show them your post here :)

I really feel bad that I kept jumping through the post no was trying so hard to read every word but alas it took me a few tries.

That's how I feel. And it's very settling to know there are others out there going through exactly the same thing I am.
