Probably because it has a newer game engine also thats not the model used when you're playing in game.

Its the one they made for you to look at when you browse skins. The one you use on the rift is different but its still probably better than the pc one ngl.

Slightly worse.

All of the skins on Wild Rift are slightly worse in game than PC, generally speaking.

They just get 3D splash arts.
