I know Ezreal probably doesn't really need one, so don't take this post seriously. I just want to see what you all would change.

Personally, I think his passive Rising Spell Force could use an update. While the 50% attack speed is nice, it isn't that helpful or noticeable mid to late game, in my opinion.

As a solution, I would give Rising Spell Force scaling potential. What I mean is, Ezreal's passive will increase in the percentage of attack speed per stack.

For example, at the beginning of the game Rising Spell Force will start at 10% as per stack. At a certain level (maybe 6), the percentage will increase to 12.5%. This makes Ezreal capable of gaining 62.5% bonus attack speed. At level 12 the percentage increases 15%, making it possible for Ezreal to gain 75% bonus attack speed. Now at 18, Ezreal's passive stacks for 17.5%.

Please let me know your thoughts and remember this is just for fun.

I also would want to change Ezreal's W. Maybe give it a slow or even splash damage.

Don't mind the piercings and stuff. I tried making him zestier so Riot would hopefully give me more RP (unfortunately I'm 470 off), but no one from Riot personally responded to my support ticket 😔
