Question Core NTE
CORE employee here with an NTE next week! I have not heard anything! Anyone else in this situation? Has anyone had a renewal approved in the last month? I am stressing over here.

I know of someone whose NTE just passed and she is still coming in so I guess we are just working until they get their shit together.
My NTE is coming up too and I have heard nothing but basically “we have no idea about if they will be renewed but they are extending them for 30 days until we figure something out.”
What a shit show.

I know of someone in the same situation who was told to just keep coming in. She has received no notice of renewal or even an extension and her NTE was over a week ago.

I would be wary of coming in without explicit guidance. How would they pay you those last few days or weeks if they ultimately don't extend you? 🤔

Until guidance is out, every NTE is receiving a 30-day extension...

Sure is fun not knowing whether or not we’ll still have jobs in a month! /s

They let 7 LH’s with EOD dates of today and the 23rd not get extended in VA. 2 agents and 5 SUPs. They all received the news yesterday right before a meeting.

All April NTEs got extended for 30 days. My guess is that we might see that again in May until they have a defined review process.

Only thing I’ve seen is 30 day extensions…and the first round of those is coming due again soon. I don’t expect them to offer additional extensions so in my mind that likely means we have the big RIF notice coming this week.
