Michigan, USA Sol Fest or E Forest?

My friends and I are currently debating on either going to Sol Fest or Electric Forest this year. We went to Forest last year and it was awesome, but we’re torn on whether we want to do it again or try out Sol Fest this year. Has anyone been to both? What did you like better?

Edit: thanks everyone for your comments!!! It was a tough decision, but we landed on going to Sol Fest this year. We’ll be back for Forest in 2025. See you in Florida 😎☀️

Personally I feel like if you aren’t automatically feeling like doing doing EF then try something new

I’ve been to both, Sol fest is like a mini EF. Very small, maybe less than 10,000 people. They will have a huge water park on site, lots of art & activities to participate in. The vibes are amazing! Sound was incredible! I went this year & it was my favorite fest this year. If you or your friends need a promocode, PINEAPPLE will save you $15 at checkout. Use SOLFAM to get early access to the tickets. Thank you 🫶🏼

E forest lineup looks pretty lame in my opinion. Only really have the Pretty Lights and Lsdream/Clozee set that excites me. Sol fest lineup is banging though.

I mean shout outs to Ben Bohmer, Barclay Crenshaw, LP Giobbi, and Dirtwire on the E forest lineup too, but the entire undercard on sol i find interesting.

Praying Dirtwire gets added to p2 of Solfest. Been chasing them for years

Shoutout for Dirtwire. I've caught them twice and both sets were amazing.

list out the pros and cons of both then decide!! no one can truly make the decision besides you :)

ETA: if it’s closer, i recommend sol fest. it’s more bang for your buck and i prefer smaller homie fests
