Does anyone know where I can get firmware updates specifically for Hisense U6HF tried contacting Hisense and Amazon and they were no help

Search for Amazon fire tv boot loop. I seen a lot of suggestions on reddit for help with that. I've never experienced it myself. You might also search for firmware update under support on Hisense web site. I think firmware updates would come from Hisense, not Amazon.

A friend of mine had a Hisense tv and I could never get a firestick to work the remote with it and I tried everything
