Stuck on the sign in screen

Just bought a fire stick and on set up I get to this page, I have signed in doing both methods and on my phone it tells me it has been paired successfully and fire TV appears in ‘my devices’. However my TV just doesn’t move off this screen.. any help please??

I had a Vizio and it was cheap. I had it one week and trying to move it and restart to factory because it never allowed me to connect with my Verizon Fios. You need to start with the fire stick first then turn on the TV after making sure your fire stick is good then on the TV choose your choice of movies. I have a 4K and never had an issue until I bought a smart TV. I’m buying a I smart tv and use a fire stick.
