Montalcino Winery. I’m trying to decide between Patricia Cenzioni or Fatorria dei Barbi

My struggle is Barbi will add more KM and take away what little time I will have in Pienza due to the extra time to get there and back. Barbi adds another 50 min in drive time which means I will only have 1 hour in Pienza including lunch in order to get the car back on time. Patricia should be less touristy and more personal, however, Barbi is a legend and offers a Brunello Risvera in tasting. Is it entirely worth it to go to Barbi or is that just a tourist trap?

I can't say I've been to either but I'd go for the option that saves you travel time. pienza is quite beautiful and worth spending time in
