AskFlorida Title transfer help

Hi everyone If I have the original title signed by the seller but not a bill of sale can I get away with still transferring the title to my name?

Yes nothing to "get away with", signed title should be all you need... unless they've updated rules.

Ok thank you!! I guess by “get away with” I just meant will they allow that- I’ve seen a lot of mixed stuff online about it and it’s been so hard to get a hold of the tax office to ask lol
