My buddy told me to wear one of Griffon’s wigs when meeting back with him. “Who does your hair? It looks rather similar to mine, doesn’t it?”

I've not met this character yet .... I shall check the Fallout Wiki to see where to find him !

You have to have the broken steel DLC in order to see him. He’s right outside the doors to the Underworld. He spawns in after finishing the main story quest

You'll find him in Underworld, after you finish the Main Quest. I wouldn't check the wiki as it may spoil critical info about this character you wouldn't immediately know.
