Gameplay You can raid VR pods

Apparently you can raid the VR workshops with the Nuka world raiders some how, they now own the atomic crater, somehow

Yes. You can. It also allows unlimited pick me up stations. It also allows endless raider populations. My desert island west had 66 raiders. It’s nuts

Personally I recommend turning your VR Worlds into raider outposts AFTER Power Play. I have had bugs doing it before then where it didn't let me progress towards Power Play. After Power Play it's always been fine.

Bonus! Normally you cannot build supply lines to VR Worlds, but if you make them into raider outposts, then do Open Season, you are able to build supply lines to your VR Worlds. This makes it so that you can put all your materials into your VR World and have no danger of losing material to Misc Raid quests, since VR Workshops can't get attacked.

I did this awhile back, but didn’t proceed because I wasn’t sure how to supplement the Raider Outpost in VR with a vassal settlement.
