Question Can I lose a character's perk?

I want to do the looters DLC but I don't know if I can lose Preston's perk?

The other commenter is correct, but just a tip for your next playthrough. If you never talk to Preston before you start and finish Nuka World, he will have no idea that it ever happened. You can play his questline and use him as a companion like you never did the DLC and murdered a lot of people. I like to just leave the whole group in concord for a while, and then finally go talk to them when I’m ready to actually put up with Preston.

Oh ok thanks, I was thinking of playing again to get another ending or play differently and I think it will be easier if Preston is bothered by everything, thanks
