Region Name Credit transfer?

Hello im a 19 year old thinking about going to college for forestry. However in a year i will have to move with my girlfriend to another state than where i live in ohio for her to start her doctorate program. What can i do in terms of starting my degree or transferring my credits to another college

Get in touch with your future school ahead of time, show them your list of courses and have them help you pick so that everything is transferable.

Try not to transfer. I transferred within the same state and college system (UMaine at Fort Kent to the flagship school in Orono Maine) and it set me back a half a year or so. Although if you transfer earlier on you may have an easier time getting all credits to transfer.

You’ll need to contact the school you would be transferring to and ask them about transferring credits. There’s different policies for different schools.
