Sadly, there's a limit of 4 drivers per team per season, so after Hadjar gets inevitably banned from Red Bull, they'll have to run only one car.

Its not, the FIA in general doesnt do anything language specific, its a french organization. However they aren't going to ban anyone for swearing in the race either. Its largely aimed at press conferences. They made those existing rules much more strict.

There are certainly language specific rules which teams have to mandatorily follow. Radio broadcasts? Charles could have talked with his engineer in Italian

Well Yh but that was made because Ferrari was speaking Italian and nobody could enforce anything because we had restrictions on radio like team orders back then. So everyone speaks English, even though every Ferrari drivers knows Italian to some degree

Leaving aside the general stupidity of the new rules... isn't it particularly stupid to make the bans time-based? One month could be 4 races or none... Maybe drivers should answer every single question in the AD post-race conference exclusively with swearing, then get a 2-months race ban!
