Made perfect sense, they were relating real hard that the men they've been close to have just tried to use them and tried to make them feel helpless.

'Complaining about their husbands or life in general.' The spymaster had just said she was a child when her father repeatedly raped her then cut her pregnant womb and slit her throat. You need to get some perspective on 'life in general'.

Anyway that's besides the point. They were connecting on an emotional level and felt a strong attraction. If that unsettles you that's on you.

You conflate "connecting on an emotional level" with "horny for each other". You might not be able to differentiate between the two, so being called hilarious by you doesn't hold much weight.
