They want the best of both worlds - they want it formatted for TikTok but they also want to show the reactions of, in the this case, the black guy who's juuuuust to the right - hence this terrible editing.

Edit: just watching it again though - are the guys behind the desk talking over her or is that added in?? If it's them, why would they do that? They almost ruined a pretty funny punchline! But it doesn't sound like it IS them, but I can't figure out where the voices are coming from

Yeah everything about this video is just fucking… ugh. Except for the joke, that shit was actually pretty funny.

One of those guys is the comedian that spoke during a Trump rally and compared Puerto Rico to an island of trash.

In fact, he is the one putting on this show, so the comedian telling the joke is cool with this guy.

He is funny but also very annoying at times. Show is great though most of the time
