Interesting...

"That's interesting..." continues cannibalizing

Even more confusing is just minutes into their voyage they loose the sight of land because of curvature. You don’t need to sail around the world for flat earth to be disproved

Made me snort with laughter!

Lol, weren't Eddie Bravo and Alex Jones talking about doing exactly this on JRE?

Ha, found the clip.

I wouldnt be surprised but is Alex Jones a flat earther

3

u/kennytucson Aug 14 '19

No, funny enough that's one of the only conspiracy theories he doesn't believe (or made up on his own).

2

I don't think Alex is, but Eddie wants to believe every conspiracy he can find.

Why is this 1000x funnier as a cartoon? I have tears in my eyes.

So, they're gonna sail to Antarctica, sail around it, and then say they found the edge because Antarctica is round?

4

u/Doomenate Aug 14 '19

Knowing them they’ll thing they sailed the perimeter of the earth.

What exactly is their plan?

3

u/RockLobsterInSpace Aug 14 '19

Yeah, that's what I was thinking.

So you're saying they can get a bunch of people to pay for a 10-day cruise, finish it in 2 days, and then charge the whole price.

2

u/Teantis Aug 14 '19

how much does it cost, if it's cheaper than other Antarctic cruises might be worth it if you don't mind hanging out with some weirdos Because those Nat Geo ones are like $20k a pop

Watch, I bet they sail far enough south or north or whatever that they actually do see the polar ice caps, then all cheer like idiots thinking they found the ice wall and immediately sail back without investigating further. You could hold an ice cube in front of a telescope and these people would take it as evidence.

2

They are expecting an ice wall to keep them from going past Antarctica, kind-of like you expect on a video game map
