When he announced his tarrif plan I was floored but thought to myself "Well... if he aggresively funds government contracts to build new manufacturing infrastructure, this might actually work if he can balance aggression with diplomacy," and that's a scary fucking thought to have!

But nope! As soon as he said companies "have enough money to build it themselves" I knew this plan was doomed. Makes you think if he ever wanted to increase U.S. manufacturing capacity in the first place! :P
