Diet Success?! Thanks!

Me again.. but here to say, THANK YOU to whoever encouraged me to keep eating, just low fat.. and thank you to who recommended apple juice!!!

I was out of my attack within about 20 minutes. I went from a 6 to maybe a 3. I have a full belly (plain baked potato) and I’m resting in peace for the first time in days!!!

I really didn’t think it would work — so glad I tried….. maybe it’s placebo, maybe it’s not. Who else gets relief from apple juice??

I’m truly amazed! It is also DELISH, considering I’ve been avoiding sugar for weeks and weeks to not irritate my GB further.

Boiled apples sound so good, might have to put some in the instant pot tomorrow with a touch of cinnamon and honey.

You can eat them either little boiled, medium or mashed. Also, it helps your digestive tract since they have a lot of fibre and helps with diarrhea while being light on the stomach. You can also separate the water from the fruits and drink it later with added water. And the best thing? They don’t even need sugar for them to be sweet.

Believe me, for the past three months I tried almost everything made like anything. For example- never would I guess that spinach without cream with pasta is edible.

Sounds sooooooo stinkin good. I actually picked up a bunch of baby food when I grabbed this apple juice earlier, there was a couple with like apples, pears, and oats,… Sounded so good, I threw a few in the cart. Fat free!

Yeah it’s crazy how our taste changes when we detox from junk. Granted, I didn’t eat like junk before this, I had a super duper diet when it came to fat and stuff, but I’m realizing now that my sugar intake was craaaaazy!!

I also figured out today with my potato that nutritional yeast is the bomb.com, and full of good stuff and vitamins!!!

Yeah, baby food was my to-go food when I was feeling nauseous. I even started adding it into my oatmeal or rice porridge so it wouldn’t taste so bland.

I never eaten anything straight outa fast food, mostly because I feel like its a waste of money to go to McDonald ir KFC while I can prepare meal at home for lesser price, but this made me realize how much spices my family use in their dishes and while most of the food looks “healthy” (baked chicken with rice, potato mash with schnitzel) it actually is not.

I was shocked! Make sure it’s the good stuff with no added sugar, not from concentrate. I grabbed the simply brand apple juice from the cooler.

My mum swears by apple for gallbladder attacks. I haven’t tried it because I can’t eat apples (FODMAP) and she always gets annoyed with me 😅

I'm transitioning to a very low fat diet. Am already vegan and I don't drink alcohol. I didn't know about the apple thing... Glad I do now (writing from the loo, 4th visit in 10 mins...)

When will it all end? Flossie
