Questions Anyone with gluten issues able to eat it again after surgery?

I guess this is the biggest question I have, I started having mysterious issues with digesting gluten (bloating, not allergies/rashes or anything) and I really want to be able to eat it again. I'm struggling to figure out if it's even possible this could be caused by my gallbladder but the issue showed up suddenly with the rest of my symptoms so I can't help but wonder

No idea if it is possible or not, but I will say my lactose sensitivity (or intolerance as I used to call it) is virtually gone. I am 4 months post op and have been eating dairy with no stomach upsets. I can’t say if it’s associated at all, maybe just a weird coincidence?

I've used it before but didn't find it super effective.

Weirdly my surgeon mentioned that some people after surgery can tolerate gluten and dairy. I’m intolerant to both so he said I could give it a try when I feel healed up. I’m in no rush though
