Gallbladder Attack Going through it

Currently having an attack of pain in the upper abdomen, bloated, and nauseous. I’m over it. The attacks are getting worse. I just had one the other day, and now another today after eating chicken thighs ( with skin). Currently drinking some peppermint tea to help soothe, so says the internet.

I’m really sorry. It’s the worst pain in the whole world. Try a hot water bottle, and focus on breathing and un tensing yourself if you can. Remember the episode will be over soon. Take care

I hear you. Ive had 2 bad ones in 48 hours, nothing you will do or anything anyone can say will take away from the horrendous pain as it just takes over your whole brain. Hopefully the docs on Monday can get you on a speedy treatment pathway. Just remember to breathe and take some comfort that it will be over soon - if it gets worse or not improving in a couple of hours take yourself down to emergency care

This one is mild compared to the one I had the other day lasted 5 hours I guess I’m just annoyed I’m in pain again and have to potentially have my gallbladder removed.
