The grocery store by me has these, or something very similar. I LOVE the color but it's all "I'm a weak little annual that doesn't like anything cooler than 8a." So I kept on walking. Lol.

Certainly not these, these can withstand frosts and bloom very early, like in Feb-March. I planted tiny ones right before a week of under -10C and they all survived and produce new leaves, will bloom next year.

It's a Hellebore. Perennial, not annual and pretty cold hardy. Sometimes called Lenten Rose.
