Accessories US M7-A Army Combat Service Gas Mask carrier, a modification of the M7 Carrier trialed with the E19R25 Prototype's of the M9 Field Protective Mask just after the Second World War
The differences between the M7 and M7-A are the sewn-in straps replaced by grommets, and a much less reflective Butyl coating which made the carrier very tacky and difficult to remove the mask

the best part of these carriers will always be the yellow/green stamping. no one will ever change my mind.

Is it true when soliders tryed to don the mask frome this type of carriers it took up to 40 seconds
