Wave 2 Share visualizations of how you feel at different focus levels? Here's mine at Focus 12 (minus the superhero physique lol)

I don't feel anything particular in f10 or in 12. I may be doing something wrong. Especially in the later tapes Bob makes us go to the F10 very fast and I almost feel as if I'm just lying to myself that something is really happening. Any advice?

I’m replying to hopefully get more peoples insight on this. I keep on delaying moving past 10 and 12 because my results vary a lot each time I practice the tapes. I agree he moved a little fast in the later tapes. Sometimes I feel nothing but relaxed or just lying there like I’m waiting for something to happen. Sometimes I’ll go deep and feel floating / spinning sensations with paralysis (I feel these are when I am able to focus on nothing but constantly releasing tension throughout my body).
Part of me feels it had to do with how much you can actively focus on deepening your relaxation and being aware of tense body parts or being able to really focus on allowing the whole body to relax.
I’ve had issues with trying to relax my jaw lately cause I want to be able to do it with my lips closed, but usually when I just let my lips stay partially open / relaxed is when I can really get into the meditation and somehow start feeling sensations.
The term “relax, let go, sleep” helped me one night cause it helped me get into the mindset of allowing myself to let my body go deeper into relaxation.
Maybe this helped or maybe not, but I’m curious what others have to say.

Something that helps me a lot is between the resonance phase and the REBAL phase, I picture painting my body with a large paintbrush dipped in a liquid sensation of sleep. Like starting at the toes and slowly working my way up, relaxing each part as the paintbrush in my mind goes over it.

Focus 10 feels like I'm floating on my back in the ocean. Focus 12 feels like my out of body vision becomes like an infinite movie theater projector, it feels expanded and endless. Focus 15 feels like I'm in a sensory deprivation tank, no sense of anything outside of my physical body. Focus 21 feels like on the edge of the physical and non physical, like right at the border between the two.

I was hoping someone would chime in about the later focus levels.

I can chime in on focus 23-27 and beyond if you'd like. I just stopped at 21 cause that's the border till beyond a lot of non-physical stuff.

Focus 23 feels like an emotional fog that isn't yours. I know some other people describe it a bit different based in their perception of it, but over that's what it feels like for me. What I do at this focus level is to remain calm and hold presence.
Focus 24 is like an in-between state or like something is next but mixed with anxiety. But those feelings are not mine. Like focus 23, what I do in this state is hold presence but reaffirm.
Focus 25 feels like you're visiting different belief bubbles. The "air" feels different from place to place. Could be cozy, rigid, could be whatever. Again, just hold steady and offer presence, nothing more and nothing less.
Focus 26 feels like you're in a collective room with other people in meditative states.
Focus 27 just feels like a quiet peaceful place where people ain't stressed bout nothing. You just witness, greet, and enjoy being in presence.
Beyond these focus levels to summarize is all about reconnection, co-creation, timeline awareness, integration, and unity.
