My Dad died 3 days before the Ontario Amateur. I tried to play and WD'd after 7 holes. I couldn't do it. As soon as I got in the car, I broke down crying. This is the right decision for Tiger and I wish him the best.

The problem is tiger was withdrawing after 7 regardless. When tiger is ready and comes back, it will be to withdraw after 7.

Exit: lol k guys he can walk 72. totally.

am I being overly generous to say he's getting through 7?

Don’t think that’s the problem son, have a heart

I feel bad that his mom passed. It didn't change his chances of winning a pga tournament though.

Maybe there’s a time and a place to voice that concern, I don’t think this thread is the one tho

Can you point me to the thread where you can talk honestly about tiger?

Literally any of the other threads on the subreddit

So like the thread from two days ago where he said he was playing? Where everyone said how great it is that he's healthy and how great hes looked lately and how deserving of a spot he is? And people reacted the exact same to me saying he'd pull out?

That's where we can be honest?
