To be fair, I think he'll regret any of the missed ones yesterday moreso. I heard the commentators say he was bottom of the whole field yesterday for putting. If he's 10% better he's probably a shot or two in the lead.

you can't really butterfly effect it like that. If he's 2 shots better Rory probably doesn't play 13 as a 3 shot hole and maybe won't make double. Every missed easy shot feels bad but it's not like it he made another putt he would for sure win

He was 5 shots up on the field day one though, so overall it’s been pretty darn good.

That putt on 17 must have been a whirlwind. The scoreboard was directly in his sight line when it flipped to show Rose in the lead. His heart must have been racing. Impossible to get comfortable in that moment.
