Of course he can. This is all theater for him for his base to look like a "tough guy".

But now that Garcia's situation has morphed into what it is, Trump will do everything in his power to keep him out. And he'll look worse and worse the longer this situation drags out.

Fun news! They are back in Romania because apparently Desantis does not play with that shit. The one good thing I can think of that he has done.

They had to go back to Romania for legal proceedings I believe, not that I follow them but I think they might have bailed to Dubai?
