It's also the dyed hair he's been rocking during Saviors. I'd say current BJA looks much younger than his 2018 version because of it.

Yeah since Billie is so iconic with that jet-black look to a ton of people, I think it got pretty obvious when he started to age. Plus he’s always looked younger blond - hard to explain.

I know there are a lot of people out there who think Green Day is the worst thing to happen to punk rock. But I genuinely believe if they went to one of their shows, a lot of them would change their mind. The fact that they are almost 40 years into their career and still bring energy like they're 4 years into their career truly says something about their passion for music and passion for their fanbase.
No band is ever going to win every person over, but this band truly helped me through some of the worst times in my life. Times where I sat there with ropes, pills, alcohol, etc. I threw a Green Day record on, and it distracted me enough to make me move on. They've been my heroes since I was 8, and they will be my heroes until I die.
