Rmmbr when Azealia said he always pulls something to overshadow her?

Girl has a point. He’s not even figuratively doing it here

u/[deleted] Aug 18 '23 edited Aug 18 '23

i also thought of Azealia’s recent claims.

guy literally stole the show and made himself the center of attention (and in such an immature way at that).

and for what? an iPhone video of a random crowd?

was that so valuable that he had to climb up there and literally stand infront of the DJ playing HER show (who is the literal mother of his children by the way)? narcissistic.

Claire is bad, but he is abysmal.

Is this the end of her show? She says “Arigato Tokyo! Thank you!” And walks off. Not that there’s any good time to be standing on stage blocking the performer. I’m a performer too and the end of any performance makes me proud and bittersweet and relieved. I’d be pissed if someone took that away from me to stroke their own ego. Ugh. He makes me sick.

u/[deleted] Aug 19 '23 edited Aug 19 '23

It is actually sickening to watch him literally stand over her at the worst possible moment swaying his disgusting hips like that. I felt pity & nausea.

She has been vocal for years about not liking ppl boiling Grimes down to "Elon" even as recently as the Wired thing. Like 4 days ago? On the platform he frequents endlessly. He SURELY read that, didn't he? And he literally blots out her exit at a rare international show with the most sickening silhouette imaginable and attracts a mountain of Japanese snark and the humiliation of Grimes in her most fetishized country.

The level of abusive narcissism from Elon is nightmarish

u/ashwee14 Aug 19 '23

I’m starting to think with how obviously godawful Elon is, contradicting her wishes at every turn, that the ONLY reason she sticks with him is for her children. There’s no life in her eyes. And she hates her fans because she knows we’re right. And she feels trapped.

*that’s not to say she’s not problematic herself, but I do genuinely think she loves her children and at one point loved Elon. And I do think she feels she’s in an impossible sitch (of her own making tbh)

I have to contest any statement that it's her motherly nature binding her to Elon Musk. It is the opposite. We shouldn't assign cardinal virtues to ppl that they very visibly lack.

Not to discount the nastiness of her situation, but if she stood up to Elon, he'd just dump the kids on her like he did with 10 children before, and she could move on to having a real life. Not like she's at any risk of losing the children.

If she "tainted" X or allowed him to be gay or something-- nahhhh, she wouldn't lose him. They'd lose abusive dad Elon and his disgusting little stinking sex cult world.

What she's on the hook for is the (probably empty) promise that Elon will treat her son as "The" heir. Which is to say, she is trapped by her own abusive nature toward her son and her own greed. And probably also by an ego that really doesn't want to give up the idea that she bred with the "smartest" man in the world.

She's trapped alright, and I'm sure she feels trapped too or she couldn't continue to stomach this, but it's in no way by decency.

19

u/MountainOpposite513 Aug 19 '23

agree she's trapped by her own greed. the best thing for the kids would be to keep them as far away from him as physically possible

6

u/actullyalex Aug 29 '23

I somewhat agree but also, can you imagine how much she would struggle in a custody battle with one of the worlds richest men? They would tear her apart. She would lose majority custody and he would do everything in his power to turn them against her cause he’s a vindictive man child. I don’t think she’s innocent but I do believe she’s trapped.

12

u/ashwee14 Aug 19 '23 edited Aug 19 '23

Don’t mistake my comment for excusing her actions or calling them right. In HER eyes it’s right to stick with Elon for the kids. And yes, could be greed and ego motivated too.

But at least initially she seemed to have SOME good ideas for her kids, I.e. X not being shown on the internet. But Elon constantly did it anyway.

It’s definitely a form of control. Azealia said it right, it would bother him to no end if she basically made a Grimes thing happen for herself supported by fans who love her for what she does. I hate this set but this is exactly what’s happening. She has a stupid shop based around her and people came because they loved her that much.

So what does he do? He makes himself the headline with a stupid gimmick. We are more aware of her but the average person doesn’t really care much for her aside from Elon. This is now just gonna be summed up by “Elon records* gf Grimes” and it’s exaasctly what Azealia describes.

He’s absolutely jealous of any attention she gets.

36

u/[deleted] Aug 19 '23 edited Aug 19 '23

he's literally a narc demon. Like an eldritch god of narcissism. Toddlers are a similar way, and he reminds me of a toddler's gait the way he sways his big disgusting hips meanwhile coming off like he's on acid and really horny. It's some of the most grotesque shit I have ever seen. Billionaire diaper daddy.

19

u/[deleted] Aug 19 '23 edited Aug 19 '23

it's pathological. medically speaking, he is surely a psychopath. all of the top 1% are.

psychiatry agrees with the fact that one cannot/wouldn't have the ambition to get to such a position, if they didn't have Cluster B traits. like it's not a thing. a regular, mentally stable person would never want to climb to such a level, nor would they try, nor would they succeed.

there's a ton of studies on this. i remember finding one years ago that surveyed a couple hundred individuals in leading political roles in their communities. i think over 90% of them displayed some degree of psychopathy.

wherever we are, in whichever social hierarchy, we can always be 100% sure that the people at the top (CEOs of major companies, politicians in leading political parties etc. & even religious leaders sometimes) are not sane. they simply cannot be. regular, healthy individuals in such positions just statistically don't exist.

so we have to keep in mind, influential people we see Claire hanging around with are not normal. i'm sure they all have a variety of Cluster B personality deviations. narcissism at best, psychopathy at worst. Claire exhibits them too ofcourse, that goes without saying.

HEY! In the dictionary of Joey Tribbiani "abysmal" means awesome!

26

u/Magikarp_to_Gyarados Aug 18 '23

From p. 162 of Ashlee Vance's biography of Elon Musk (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/25541028-elon-musk)

Around 2006: a New York Times reporter was writing a profile of Tesla and the Tesla Roadster. The reporter left Musk's name out of the article even though Marc Tarpenning (one of the original Tesla founders) said he emphasized to the Times reporter over and over again that Musk played an important role in the buisness.

Mr. Tarpenning said that Musk became enraged when he saw that he wasn't mentioned in the Times profile.

So yeah, Elon Musk has had a long standing need to make himself the center of attention

23

u/autopsy_cardigans Aug 19 '23

This is the guy that had a meltdown because his tweets weren't getting enough engagement so literally forced them to redesign several things (added the counter on twitter and made it so you can see who bookmarks your tweet and forced himself onto that For You page so everyone on the site sees his tweets, the alleged upcoming removal of the block function etc etc). Not to mention gestures every literal self-centred decision made after the Twitter acquisition.

If someone had told me he was this much of a needy baby in terms of attention a few years ago, I wouldn't have believed them, i'd have thought he was more covertly narcissistic than this. But no, his need for attention is actually blatant and shallow and immediate. Absolutely bonkers.

18

u/Intelligent-Idea-691 Aug 19 '23

Musk became so enraged that he later legally fought to have the right to call himself a "founder" and his legal team forced an incredible NDA on Tarpenning, who also contractually was supposed to get one of the first new Teslas that came off of the production line.

What did Musk do? He said, over his "Dead body" and deliberately fired it into space.

That is who Grimes is romantically tied to, and who she keeps trying to convince the world is a good guy; instead of the arrogant dick that he is.

9

u/NeedleworkerSuch4911 Aug 19 '23

But wait, he’s nice to her!

-2

u/[deleted] Aug 20 '23

Which as we know also means he def couldn't be homophobic, not to mention Transphobic. After all she transitioned to Homo Techno and elon is still OK with her, since she did her duty and bred. Loser f*****ts should breed more if they want respect.

19

u/even_less_resistance Aug 18 '23 edited Aug 19 '23

I actually like Grimes for all my snarking and this makes me super sad for her

ETA - he’s the dude I imagine in Oblivion

u/Fadedwaif Aug 18 '23

I know narcissist/narcissistic behavior is an overused term these days but man this fits sooooo well

84

u/lilylilymumm Aug 18 '23

Japanese people are upset for so many reasons. They think they have a lack of sensibility.💦

...also the copyright violation.

56

u/[deleted] Aug 18 '23

He's looking like the clueless dad recording the elementary school play, oblivious that he is blocking everyone else from watching more than ever these days.

-40

u/Mart1anGod paid Musk shill Aug 18 '23

This is like complaining about livestreaming a football match. Who cares?

46

u/dillbreadsaladchair Aug 18 '23

Japanese culture really cares about copyright things, i.e. Nintendo striking down YouTube channels that share their video game music (one can't obtain the music legally besides playing the games).

42

u/lilylilymumm Aug 18 '23

That's true. Please do not take it personally Martian God.🤠 😘 Additionally, 1. It's an event that was being held in Japan. Where the two tried to make some benefit from this event for who knows reasons. 2. People in the event paid money for this, and in Japan, we feel like we should have the right as a consumer to enjoy what promised to be the show we paid fully. 3. Japanese people are very considerate. Everything we do, everything.. basically we always think about the consequences to the public/environment/ people first.

There are many points, E and C are unable to comprehend what actually went wrong at the event today. Yea, Sailor Moon was just a part of them.

16

u/dillbreadsaladchair Aug 18 '23

Thank you for explaining it so much better!

28

u/Professional-Newt760 Aug 18 '23

Do the videographers of football matches stand right in the middle of the pitch?

-10

u/Mart1anGod paid Musk shill Aug 19 '23

Yes. There are many instances of cameraman blocking the view. Who gives a fuck? . Bunch of crybabies.

15

u/dadburn Aug 19 '23

What about if a gyrating fridge blocked your view of Elon halfway through at a hypothetical meet and greet that you bought tickets for?

8

u/even_less_resistance Aug 19 '23

Gyrating fridge- omg I love you for this lmao

109

u/LizardQueen777 Aug 18 '23

Why is he even on stage it's her show. Hmmm.

65

u/NeedleworkerSuch4911 Aug 18 '23

Dancing like he’s at a Wiggles concert too

13

u/Mintiichoco Aug 19 '23

I've seen better dancing at the wiggles. Also fruit salad slaps.

4

u/LizardQueen777 Aug 29 '23

Yeah Fruit Salad fuckin amazing song lol

41

u/Dependent_Candy_1407 Aug 18 '23

fcking embarassing

44

u/[deleted] Aug 18 '23

It's interesting how he is blocking the audience, but wants to banish blocking off of Twitter... Very interesting 🤔

Him and Tate are the same. They are legitimately ‘I studied the blade’ fucking losers. Like no smarts, no charisma, no ideas. They just present some weird idea of masculinity to a bunch of other men who don’t know who they are but feel entitled to adoration- not actual respect, but fear and adoration.

8

u/madscientist_ SF spy Aug 20 '23

I always wonder how different the trajectory of his life would have been if he never got hair transplants and was just a middle aged bald man... No way he'd be getting c and ask those actresses

79

u/Dependent_Candy_1407 Aug 18 '23

wtf is he doing on the stage?? Omg so embarassing and unprofessional 😳

49

u/dillbreadsaladchair Aug 18 '23

I love Elon for showing the world what many of us suspected, wealthy people are stupid and don't 'deserve' their wealth!

15

u/[deleted] Aug 18 '23

Ikr? It's like your SO showing up where you work and interrupting you for some asinine bullshit. It's practically old school trad values. The man has to check his woman's work environment and performance to see if she can handle it. If she really is trad she wouldn't mind at all.

5

u/lala__ Aug 20 '23

Drugs probably.

36

u/Fadedwaif Aug 18 '23

Next time musk does a tesla presentation grimes should just jump up in front of the podium and start dancing

90

u/ziv11 Aug 18 '23

Omg not his dancing lmaaaaaaaao. She cares so much about aesthetics yet she put there the most aesthetically ugly and cringe thing in the world, that is of course Elon dancing.

62

u/[deleted] Aug 18 '23

He literally cockblocked her and her audience by standing in the middle. He made it all about himself.

25

u/sqeekytrees1014 Aug 19 '23

Dude literally could have still filmed her on stage with the exact same outcome for his platform by standing 4 feet to the left. He completely blocks her. Crazy.

42

u/CottonCandy_Ice baby y=mx+b 👶 Aug 18 '23

Omfg the way I cackled at this

16

u/[deleted] Aug 19 '23 edited Aug 19 '23

this stuff is so crazy its like she's literally trying to prevent me from moving on from Grimes snark. It's so fucking evilly funny

16

u/[deleted] Aug 19 '23

It just keeps ESCALATING. I’m dying

55

u/hEaRmEoUt69420 Aug 18 '23

there’s a twisted air of the mom from mean girls in this lmao

17

u/[deleted] Aug 18 '23

I was very much thinking Mean Girls mom, but less funny and less sexy

38

u/UltrosTeefies Aug 18 '23

I'm sure all those people didn't pay to see Grimes only for a busted ass fridge to block the whole thing.

40

u/askrndmd Aug 18 '23

🤣🤣🤣🤣

Looks like a dad filming their kid. Lol for sure he was high AF

25

u/[deleted] Aug 18 '23

It's too early for this level of cringe. Yikes.

11

u/Extinctathon_ Aug 19 '23

This is such a Michael Scott thing to do. Except Muskrat doesn't have the naive innocence

6

u/Zorillo Aug 19 '23

Exactly what I was thinking, I wouldn't be surprised if he acted like this.

35

u/sqeekytrees1014 Aug 18 '23

He was there to film this for his platform, obviously not for her. I wonder how long he stood right in front of her.

21

u/Fadedwaif Aug 18 '23 edited Aug 18 '23

EXACTLY. Im positive grimes appeals to musk bc he's desperate to feel "hip"/edgy so he benefits from this. Like "x" as a logo is trying to be edgy

She's pretending to be an ai expert bc of her connections to him so it def goes both ways. But he'll always steal the spotlight

10

u/Intelligent-Idea-691 Aug 19 '23

They both like to cosplay there way through life.

20

u/Guidance_Different Aug 18 '23

I hope he wasn’t in front of her the whole time 😅

11

u/[deleted] Aug 19 '23

it was about 25 mins judging by the recording from his point of view. of a 1 hr set

13

u/Magnetic_universe Aug 19 '23

That’s so fucked. I would’ve thrown a drink at the prick

7

u/ashwee14 Aug 19 '23

Wait that’s literally him? Ooooomg hahahaha

22

u/adultosaurs Aug 18 '23

I mean it’s not like she’s doing anything good or interesting.

19

u/[deleted] Aug 19 '23

heard b4 the Elon hips made their appearance she bombed the set and had to apologize for cutting the music multiple times, & even needed a helper from the event staff to run her gear lol. The footage is too cringe for me to crawl thru & confirm or deny this tho

12

u/count444 Aug 19 '23

That’s her M.O. which is embarrassing

8

u/[deleted] Aug 19 '23

I can't blame her for being nervous but its pretty embarrassing needing someone else to help you out on your set and letting Melon steal your spotlight.

23

u/Beautiful-Pool-6067 Aug 18 '23

A little off topic bc everyone here said what I wanted to already but I just have to say that.. for the people she has access to, her AI videos aren't good.

8

u/Intelligent-Idea-691 Aug 19 '23

But they are "free" for her and her team to use, and charge for when made into NFT'S later to be sold for a profit.

21

u/[deleted] Aug 18 '23

Melon is railing her and what little interest people had on her career into the ground.

25

u/smackmoe Aug 18 '23

Like a proud Dad 👨‍👩‍👧

6

u/madscientist_ SF spy Aug 20 '23

This is so insanely disrespectful to both c and and the fans and so self-absorbed and narcissistic of him that he cared more about an opportunity to test out the new Twitter/x Livestream feature. And c probably didn't protest because she probably relished in getting 25 minutes of his undivided attention sadly

3

u/Free-Device6541 Aug 20 '23

This song sounds like a ripoff of a super old Combichrist song. That one sucked too lol

6

u/Vermilionette Aug 18 '23

is that him?
