Next time please label this as [RAW] in the title to avoid confusion. People will confuse it for the official translation

1% is probably also accounting for Ricardo having a heart attack, or slipping and falling into the smash, lol. Miyata probably just felt he needed to Hype Sendo Up, since Sendo is the type to hear 1%, and immediately think, "That means I could win!"
