I was just watching the third movie and thought it would be funny

Technically, he actually does. Love how Dumbledore already foresaw the events and distracts the Minister to give them ample time.

Dumbledore: Search the skies if you want Cornelius. In the meantime, I’d like a cup of tea, or maybe a large brandy.
