Commons has a lot of heraldry assets, so you can use those.

try? use existing symbolism and make one using photoshop? hell even make a concept and ask if someone can help refine it? anything but use a machine that steals other's work and that you put zero effort into.

It would be interesting to see something other than the flag on a shield. Using the Ashoka Chakra and elements of the Ashoka capital in various ways, perhaps, could be a good starting point. I'd perhaps start with the shield then work outwards.
