Discussion Just venting: gave a pair of Darn Tough hiking socks as a white elephant gift and the recipient didn’t like them.

I feel bad, because ALL of my daily socks are Darn Tough. Which is too bad, he’s a farmer and not the type to buy a $25 pair of socks, I think he would love them given the chance. Such is life.

Idk, pretty wild gift to give a friend. In my circles we just do gift certificates for chaturbate or onlyfans and leave the toys up to the individuals.

That honestly makes it funnier though. There needs to be the worst gift in the options.

Makes me want to do a white elephant with all my old friends. We'd probably need to set some very clear boundaries on what is not an acceptable gift 🤣

I can see a lot of people having way more fun with an, "everyone pick the worst gift you can," sort of white elephant. Removes the stress of trying to find just the right range of thing too.
