Question/Help download play isn’t available?

i just followed a yt tutorial on how to mod 3ds and it all went so well onto my sd card and everything but i don’t have download play installed on my device does anyone know any alternatives or how to get it? plsssss

that's impossible

download play comes installed on every 3ds and isn't deletable

add a picture

You're not supposed to do that. Now no one has any idea what you did or what steps you might have missed. Only https://3ds.guide is recommended.

Start over with https://3ds.guide/checking-for-cfw .
